What a wonderful choice for our new Queen! I had not had the pleasure of looking through Lisa Lara's gallery until today....WOW! What beautiful colors and simple designs...I added several to my favorites! I wanted my card to portray Lisa's vibrant creations and I am taking a guess here....she likes rainbows. So here is my Congratulations to Lisa and I hope she enjoys her much deserved reign! Lisa, your gallery of cards has truly inspired me to try more CAS designs!
*Post Edit- Sorry, I forgot to mention in the post that I did not CASE a specific card but chose to honor Lisa with a card with her style (I hope I got it right!) Thanks IrishGreenSue for the heads up! Now, I have to go get in the hallway because we have a tornado spotted...in JANUARY! Buh bye!

Wow, very cool, can you edit your post here to include a link to the card you CASED? Thanks! I love to see the contrast!

Oh my, Katie, I just love your little rainbow brood of chickies! And that cute little tag! This card is just up my alley, that's for sure, and I KNOW Lisa's going to love it too!

Katie, these little chicks are adorable!! Takes me back about 60 years or so ago when at Easter they sold colored baby chicks. Mine was orange and eaten by a neighborhood cat! My brother had a blue chick that grew up and he was eaten by my aunt and uncle who lived on a farm..... They explained that animals that are food are eaten on a farm not pampered and petted!!

Hope you are safe Katie - wow tornados are super scary (Alabama has really had it rough the last few years). Did you bring the chicks in the hall too? They are probably scared to death. I think you captured Lisa's style perfectly in this absolutely darling card. I feel inspired to go case Lisa now myself. Hugz!

Katie, I think you truly honored Lisa with your rainbow colors, whimsy and CAS styled card. I am sure she will LOVE it!
Tornado....good grief.....good luck. We are just having rain, wind, flooding, etc, but all doable. A great time to just stay home and chill out! TFS
