Lisa (lisa lara) is this week's queen for the day and I love the cards she does with swaths of colour behind a wordy sentiment. I've never quite known what to do with that kind of a sentiment stamp and this is a brilliant but simple idea. Here is her card that I CASEd:
I used a great Kay Foley sentiment that works for a get well card, changed her pinks to blues as the friend it's for loves blue, and added an embossed card base, and a second sentiment.
I followed Lisa's advice to draw a rectangle with a pencil and then scribble the colours within (but not touching) the lines, and then erase the lines.
Congratulations, Lisa!

Oh my! I do love this! That is one wonderful sentiment and thanks for passing on Lisa's hints for the scribbled background. The blues look great here. TFS

Really fun painted background. Love how that makes great use of a long sentiment. I don't really have any long sentiments because I'm scared to get them.
Great card for Queen Lisa!
