This is my attempt at channeling a wonderful card maker : Kittie747

I have so often admired her cards...and thought I would be able to duplicate it.....HAH!!! Only in my dreams!!!

This was also my first attempt at using heat and stick powder and dazzling diamonds. That was to complete the first challenge over at 'All Occasion Card Challenge 2012' - use Bling! I used the DD for my bling.

Sigh! This is gorgeous! I love the cutout with the dazzling diamonds! Love the blue and white color combo and also the beautiful snowflakes and bird.
