I changed this from an 8 x 11 layout and did a 12 x 12 page. I didn't have enough paper (need to order 12 x 12) or photos to make a 2 page spread so this is only one page. I used my stamp ma-jig to line up the words warm winter, warm winter across the border on the left. I also used the paper piercing mat to pierce holes in the strip. The strips from top to bottom is ribbon behind the photos. I anchored it with brads at the top and bottom of the page. I decorated the journaling boxes with polar pals snowflake stamp and at the end of the box I popped up the penguin. The journaling reads as follows:
Cousin Lexie, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit us.
It's Jan 2006 and it feels like spring 60's. Great time for a ride in our wagon.
This is your first time you walked outside. You walked from the corner to our house holding Mommy's hand. I was so proud of you.

Really cute page!!! Love the pink and green together too...One of my favorite combos is pink passion and certainly celery! I love the wagon you have to you can town four kids in it...just perfect!
