 | | A group of us decided to encourage one another to make at least one Christmas card each week and are taking turns issuing a challenge to spur our creativity. This challenge is from Jo, who asked us to make a card inspired by a Christmas carol. Now, I had what I thought was a wonderful idea, but it didn't translate well on paper. In fact, I tried it twice. The idea was good, the execution poor :( On this card, the iridescent ice embossing didn't show at all. Anyway, the original song that inspired this card was "O Little Town of Bethlehem" but as I was creating, I kept singing "O Holy Night". Both would equally apply. A great challenge, Jo! |
