Thanks Joanne for the color combination. I couldn't play yesterday but I thought of this set right away - it is a dream to color! Painted kraft CS with Distress Crackle paint in Tattered Rose and set aside. (This was the first time that I've used it but I think not the last) Stamped the Flourishes image in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics (green *is* a neutral for this challenge, isn't it?). Cut with Circle Nestie and sponged with Baja. Stamped the Sentiment in Baja on Blushing Bride and sponged the edges with Rhubarb Stalk. Mounted the image on the distressed crackle panel and wrapped with raffia. Added the sentiment and button, mounted all on a Baja card and done. PT - 2
Thank you so much for looking. Have a peaceful day.

So pretty Marzi. I love the image, distressing and that wonderful raffia treatment. I would have gotten all mixed up in all that raffia never to be seen again!!! Some people probably wish that! LOL! Great work!

Very pretty card, I love your soft coloring with the distressed look. The raffia looks like a fun treatment with the great finishing touch of the sentiment on top.

I love that image and you used it beautifully, MM. Love the twine treatment. Makes me think of chocolate covered cherries, which I love. I resisted buying any this past Christmas season. Wish I had some now.

Marie, I love how you colored those cherries! Wonderful card. I should try those color challenges more - the cards are always so great. Love the sentiment and the raffia - such a sweet card. Hugz!
