For the current ODBD challenge Old and New.
My apologies for mixing up thumbs with my previous upload - I made a mess when inlinkz didn't pick up the image from my gallery.
My old - Light of the World was one of the first ODBD sets I bought. New is the gull diecut.
Sidestep base. Image stamped on Bristol Board with Versafine Black and coloured with distress inks.
Front step is embossed with Swiss Dots and edges sponged.
Wave layer is embossed with D'vine Swirl and Stickles added.
Back layer is embossed with Forest Branches.
Sentiment stamped with Versafine Black and edges sponged.
Gull is a Quickutz die, buttons from my stash.

LOVE all these appropriate textures - each perfect for its use on your card!! Your new die cut gull fills the bill perfectly to place some animation on your card to go with those swelling waves - I was touched to read the beautiful Scripture - we all need that Light for our paths!!
