She's turning 20, YES 20!!!, in March, so I thought it would be fun to combine it as a little birthday/St. Patrick's day card using the new set being released tonight from The Cat's Pajamas called Build-a-Bingo... EASY-PEASY! I also used Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch...LOVE it!
