The sky was done using a cloud template and bashful blue ink. The sail was paperpieced with PTI dp and the boat pieced with PTI red. Colored Flopsey with copic markers. The front panel was done using MS heart border punches and cutting the inside with spellbinder dies, adding the black frame panel and then used foam tape to create the rasied frame. Signo pen for the dots. The ribbon was some I had from years ago from who knows where! Go figure Used perfect layer rulers for the layering.
Thanks for looking!

Be still my heart - a PATP heart border, matching ribbon, waves of water and an adorable image - now, it doesn't get any better than that. You didn't miss a thing Dianne!

This is gorgeous! You must have spent hours on that heart border. It's just so perfect! I always have trouble with mine. That image is so cute and your clouds and copic work is amazing. I love every inch of this sweet card.
