I’ve become a bit addicted to homemade Christmas tags. I love to make them and more than that I love how something so simple can make such a huge impact on a sweet little gift for a friend or family member. So, when I ran out of the tags that I had previously made and the tags I received in the Baker’s Dozen swap I sat down to make a few more. I started with Penguin Pals and Woodland Winter from Taylored Expressions and stamped out a bunch of smaller critters to color with Copics. They were perfect because they are super cute AND color up quickly. After getting them colored I cut them out using a Spellbinders Circle Die and outlined the die with a Black Spica pen. My ink pad was running low so I also went over the dark areas of the image with the Spica pen to give the critters a bit of sparkle. I mounted the circle on a dark green scalloped circle and mounted that on a Frame It Up 1 die cut. To finish it all off I added a jumbo eyelet in silver, silver Pearl Pen dots, green baker’s twine and a small jingle bell.
