I used a nesties to cut my globe. Then a round punch to make the base by punching out the ends.
Chalked in my scene,addes dasher and the trees and torn paper for the snow.
What a fun challenge. Can't believe I made a snow globe. Cool!
I used a 18kt. Gold Leafing pen to put the lines on the base.
