Crocheted snowflakes

I've started on the Christmas card challenges for 2012. It was such a joy having my cards all made before December this year.
I bought a package of 8 blank cards from Michael's $1.50 rack. they were turquoise with a round punch out near the top. Perfect for the hand crocheted snowflakes I wanted to give all my colleagues for their Christmas trees. I actually made 13 of similar cards, most of them stamped differently from the others, a couple of them heat embossed.

How cool Ina! It's a card; it's a gift! I'll have to tell my dd about this. She says she can't make cards like I do, which is fine - she does her own things. But she likes to crochet and could easily crochet snowflakes to attach to her cards. That would be different than mine because I probably wouldn't take the time to do that. TFS

I love how you incorporated the crocheted snowflake on the card. This is a great idea for a gift. I just might have to "borrow" this idea for my coworkers this year.
