This Stamps Happen, Inc. Jolly Santa is very old but still remains one of my favorite Santas!! I colored him with markers, glazed his hat with Judikins Diamond Glaze and put some gold stickles on the jingle bell. I cut him out with my circle Nestie and put him on a Cuttlebugged piece of green paper over colorful stripes. I used a MS border punch on the edges of the green paper!! I popped on two snowflakes that were stickled, The big snowflakes is from EkSuccess and the small one is Martha Stewart. Put a small Santa from PSX on the envelope and VOILA!!
