DEC11VSNG - Sparkly Blue Snowflakes

A BLUE challenge, eh? I was stumped until I "found" this piece of sparkly blue snowflake paper and declared it "blue enough". I love when the paper does all the work for me! I layered it on Soft Suede and tied some Baja Breeze seam binding around it, added a few tags and called it DONE! I think the toughest part of this one was the tags!
