Today's website has ton's of inspiraton and I went with this: Lotus Candleholder
The petals reminded me of a poinsetta. I used the two smallest dies for a trio of poinsettas on a flourish using Cheery Lynn Design's Fanciful Flourish - can't seem to stop reaching for that one!!
The edges are distressed and I finshed off with jute twine and pearls.

I can totally see your inspiration and I love where it took you. Alas, I'd made most of my Christmas cards by the time my poinsettia dies arrived, but I need to use them more before it's too late.
