 | | This cute doggie is going to our dog groomers for Christmas. They keep our doggie trimmed and happy all year long. I was inspired for the layout by this adorable Christmas card from the Bow Wow set made by Calfrau:

For my case of Calfrau’s card, I changed the following: shape of layers, color of top note, paper, used bow instead of gems, different sentiment. I appreciate the inspiration; the original card is really cute!
The red polka dot paper I used is long retired from Stampin’ Up! It is one of the first that they sold and is a one-sided print. I’ve been organizing and cleaning up in my stamping area. I found I have just a few scraps of this red paper left. It’s time to use it or lose it! It worked well on this card. The top note makes card making easy. A red bow finished it off.
