Help me on this one Ladies. I like the idea of the card - but it needs something else. I played with a white organdy ribbon - but it got lost against the red - and the flowers don't "pop". I wanted a softer feel for the flowers - but it just isn't quite right. Any suggestions?

I like it very much, what stamp is the lace? My eye wants to see a layer of red behind the lace that is cut the same shape as the lace only a tad bigger, then layered on pink or white, but it's a great card just as it is.

The frame need to be more the colors and subtle tones of the flowers and so does the card stock in the background. Remember to pull the colors out of the focal point of your card!!

This is really beautiful , I think I have that frame stamp ! The BG color cs seems to be the wrong color for this , maybe a pink or green from the flower , with a very subtle BG stamp , as not to detract from the frame ! I love this , it is going in my favs !

I agree about the colors of the card stock being too bright for the flowers. I had planned on making a Valentine card in the pinks and reds and added the Gentler Times stamp as an afterthought. I think I am going to darken the colors - add a touch of red somewhere to them - an see if that's any better.
