I made this candle sleeve (it slips down or off for safe burning) for November's Scor-pal Designer Challenge based on the theme of "give thanks". Lucky me, I was able to find just that sentiment to work into my candle sleeve.
I created a band for my candle in the mustard colored card stock and scored every 1/4 inch to add some interest to my sleeve. I added some patterned paper, ribbon and raffia to comple my sleeve. I further adorned with my sentiment popped off the sleeve and accented with punched leaves.
Thanks for looking!

What a great way to dress up a plain candle! It's very festive and pretty....great gift idea too. I love all the different textures. TFS!
