Oh, Roxie, what a delightful sketch you selected this week. I hope to get to give it another try, but for now, I am just so 'frazzled and frantic'...NOT!
And it's certainly not because I have pre shopped, pre cleaned, pre anything...I could be saved by the frozen Thanksgiving meal, though! I couldn't help but tear this grocery ad for future reference a few weeks ago, thinking it was funny...frozen everything for only $39.99.
I used the cuttlebug to cut the fancy circles and then traced the circle onto the plaid DP, cutting it by hand. My fancy foiled edge is vintage German scrap in a rich brown. The sentiment is an Art Impressions which was inked with VersaColor and embossed in clear. I popped it to help it stand out. And as I couldn't find a way to work in the 'Frozen Thanksgiving Meal' onto the front of my card, I photographed it laying on top of the sketch.
I'll be shopping tomorrow night and cooking 'round about midnight...it's become our Thanksgiving tradition for my sons to help me on Wednesday evening...oh, yes, I'll be so tired, but happy, knowing I've carried the banner for another year.
Be blessed with a warm heart and stomach, but don't forget to pick up some Pepto...

Susan, this gave me my first laugh of the morning. Such a perfect card for the holiday. Love that great plaid paper too.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
