When I was perusing Queen Carol's gallery and when I was this one TLC350 - No Stamps by BobbiesGirl at Splitcoaststampers I thought about a newsprint flower I already had made. I also liked Mrs. Noofy's CASE of the card QFTD87 Best Wishes Carol by Mrs Noofy at Splitcoaststampers with the silver floss behind her flower and I used that idea as well!
The newspaper flower was made by punching w XL and 2 Large Scallop Circles then cutting to form petals. I sponged Wisteria Wonder onto the petals and curled them and added a button center. I tore and sponged a piece of coffee cup sleeve cardboard and layered the purple hemp behind the flower. The sentiment has rhinestone brads, rounded corners and is popped up on dimensionals.

Wow! You ARE on a roll. Thank you so much for doing me such honor. I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at ALL the cards you made. This is no different. You must know I am crazy about using things like newsprint and corrugated cardboard anytime. I love the way you tied the navy twine under the flower. It really fits perfectly there.
