CAS144 Rhubarb's Balloons

The CAS144 challenge is to create a card inspired by the word "Party". I think of balloons, cakes, streamers, etc. I used my Rhubarb's Balloons digi stamp from Sweet 'N Sassy stamps and paper pieced the balloons and birthday card. Rhubarb is water colored with water color pencils and an aquabrush.
I used CPS244 for my layout (minus a few layers and turned to the side).
