 | | I needed a card to demonstrate a shabby, distressed look and this is what I came up with. EVERYTHING is distressed or antiqued! I found a Heidi Grace distressing gadget in my tool drawer and was glad to have it. It saved my scissors a real workout! I used a strip of natural twill tape and aged it with walnut ink. The background is stamped with an ISC Canvas Stamp. I have had trouble getting a nice clear image with this stamp in the past, then I read a tip. from one of the geniuses in the SCS community, about laying the paper on top of the background stamps and then using your brayer to transfer the inked image! It worked perfectly!!! |
