Seemed appropriate to use a retired set/DP for this card which I made for a coworker who is retiring soon. She lives on an acreage just outside the city & will be looking forward to not driving to work in the nasty prairie winters.
Every single layer of this card was MacGyver'd one way or another. For instance, "faux eyelets" went to stickles, Tombow smudge covered up by a lariat, brads that looked wrong replaced by star hardware to cover the holes, crooked layers covered by a central panel.
