I saw this quote the other day and I loved it. It's by Truett Cathy - the founder of Chick Fil-A (mmm) and he said the way you can tell if someone needs encouragement is if they're breathing.
Everyone needs a kind word or thought, and I think one of the nicest ways to encourage someone is just to tell them you're thinking of them. It's nice to know you're important enough to cross a friend's mind.
So I kept the rest of my card simple and neutral to focus on the thought that counts!
