Simple card with a popped up tag using a newly released Technique Tuesday Stamp "I Love You Eye Chart." I believe the polka dot paper is an older Creative Memories paper and the patterned paper is unknown. Miscellaneous fibers at the top. I intentionally triple stamped the "Eye Chart" so it was slightly blurred. The card was made for a friend having eye surgery.
