Our Daily Bread Designs challenge this is a SKETCH challenge. All the details for the challenge will be on the blog this Saturday, Nov. 5th. Please use the keyword ODBDSLC83, so we can see your creations. DonÂ’t forget to enter your card in the challenge on the blog.
I started with a base of Kraft, and layered it with Soft Suede, and then some embossed So Saffron DP. Using ODBD’s set, GROW IN GRACE, I stamped the image and sentiment in Brown Memento ink on Shimmery White CS, colored in with Copic markers, added Crystal Effects on the flowers and made “dew drops” on the leaves, stickles in the flower centers, then added some small pearls in the corners of both. Embellished the card corners with green brads, added the Cheery Lynn Flourish, and celery twill ribbon and bow.
If you are registered and logged in with SCS, you can leave a comment below - I would love to know what you think! Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you can join us in the challenge this week

Sue,
Beautiful and elegant card! The image is lovely, colored wonderfully and the glossiness is perfect. The swirls and brads look awesome, as to the colors you selected. The verse is awesome and inspirational.

Sue, I pulled this up the first thing Saturday and loved it, but I got distracted by a hungry daughter. I pulled it up again Sunday afternoon and got distracted by a bored daughter. Now, here I am again. I have enjoyed this card every time I have looked at it. Your colors are awesome of course, but those flowers are unbelievably beautiful! This is a special card with you written all over it. We all need to dwell on that verse more. Hugz my friend!!!

Greenie this is so beautiful. I love the colors you used along with the pretty Cherry Lynn flourish and the glossy look. Love that sentiment. I actually have that written in a little journal I keep. I love that saying because it is so so true. Keep up the good work. God is blessing you for your praise.
