Frilly paper ribbon is not really my thing so this challenge was difficult. I took all the pink paper designer paper that I have been using in the other HYCCT challenges and used an eyelet border punch and then offset and layered each strip of pink paper. I'm not real good at bow making so I fudged and used a stamp for my bows. It's the best I could do for the Frilly Paper Ribbon challenge. I can say this is the frilliest card I have ever made.
