This card was made for the Cupcake Inspiration challenge #134.
I painted a piece of green card stock with white paint and then painted some large polka dots with the same paint; however, I didn't use quite enough paint b/c after I stamped the polka dots and lifted the stamp - some of the card stock came off too. Eeeeekkkk...but then I decided it looked pretty neat, so I left it as it was! The green layer is mounted onto cream card stock with dimensionals.
The image is Christmas Usher from Penny Black. I stamped the image and cut it out; then stamped the skirt in vellum twice with Staz On pumpkin. You can't see, but I added glitter to the top layer of the skirt. I also adhered both layers of the skirt, just at the top, they are free to rise up a bit adding some fun depth and added a little orange ribbon belt.
Her top is covered in dazzling diamonds; love this image - it's very large too!

It's just beautiful! I love how you painted the frame and the dots...what a happy accident, as they look terrific. The image has such texture and dimension, too. This card has a cool, retro vibe...love it!
