Wow, the month has flown and we're almost at the end of the HYCCT challenges! Today's challenge is called Hope for The Holidays and we're to make a holiday card using a touch of pink. I'd started this card on Weds. thinking of the sketch challenge. I recently found gold and silver foil wraps for treats...super thin metal... that I thought would look great glued onto paper and embossed. I used the Northern Flurries ef then used my ornament punch to punch out my silver ornaments. I added pink gems for a hint of pink on them. I had in my stash, from a few years ago, card bases and accent pieces that I'd cut from an SU scrap booking kit (you can make a boatload of cards using the kits and a template that I found here on split coast). The base is a piece of that paper and I had a piece of Bashful Blue that I'd embossed with the snowflakes ef. I just added the pink greeting layered over the green tag and accented with a couple of rhinestones and my "no stamp" card was done!
