I started with a Pool Party card base, added the four strips of Spice Cake dsp and used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp the sentiment with Early Espresso ink. To make those cool distressed leaves, I got them wet, wadded them up and then opened them back up...but did not flatten them out all the way. After they dried, I spritzed them with Gold Glow Smooch and adhered them to the card. They're embellished with a More Mustard button and Linen Thread bow.

Beautiful! I am loving all of the fall cards I'm seeing that include blue. It's the perfect backdrop for the more traditional fall colors that you used for your dp strips and leaves!

OMG Regina, I just LOVE your scrunched and spritzed fall leaves with the button embellishment. Your 4 diff. sides of Spice Cake DSP look great as strips. TFS Into my favs
