This card is for today's SCS Color Combination Challenge~ Rich Island Breeze with a dessert option of dry embossing.
Mary is our hostess today and I love this color combination. I am sure the gallery is going to be so pretty!
I wanted to use some more of the techniques I learned in the Inspiration Showcase class with Jennifer McGuire. The background panel is dry embossed and then the raised edges are lightly sanded. Swiped an ink pad across it so the raised edges pick up the color, then sponged the color in between the raised edges. Love the effect! The layout is this weeks MFT Wed Sketch.
