I made this card for Libby's Hope You Can Cling To Challenge to use paint on a card.
Now because of some unknown psychological defect, I'm unable to complete any challenge in a traditional way so I decided that instead of painting on my images, that I would use paint as my ink for a very delicate image - because I normally don't "paint" in a delicate way.
So I took some Moonlight Smooch (how fun is THAT to say???) and I painted it lovingly and carefully onto the background image from Creative Elements and stamped that onto Poppy Parade. It's amazing how the Smooch preserves the detail of the stamp, IMHO.
Then I stamped the pear bushel - ooh - now with smooch and this I have a bushel and a peck - BWWAHAHAHA! Anyway - the pear bushel is colored with ShinHan Touch Twin markers. (YR32
YR31 GY48 YE26 Y34 Y41 WG1 R140 T45) I colored this during our one rainstorm of the whole year so it's special to me.
I stamped the background again on two scraps of white in Poppy Parade, and used twine, the tag punch and Fabulous Phrases to finish it.
