I started off two acrylic techniques before I did the housework. I need to work out what I'm doing for dinner before I make up a second card, but this Acrylic Smash background was quick to make up.
I cut the acetate and white card with Labels 10, stamped the agapanthus on the front with StazOn and then dabbed pink, cream and a little blue acrylic onto the back before layering it onto the white card.
Base is cut with the largest Labels 10, with a blue Bazzill front. I added black dots all around the image panel and base layer with a Sakura Glaze pen, and then added a sentiment from Pocket Silhouettes punched with Word Window punch. It's stuck at each end with red-liner tape and popped up a little in the centre with a foam dot. I added two black half-pearls to finish it off.
So that this will stand on its own, I always cut off the centre bottom lobe at the back - this makes it stable.
