This is my feeble attempt to imitate Andrea Ewen's style. Her cards are *so* gorgeous - the layering, the colors...
I doubled up the MS punch for a lacy look. I made the rose with some pink felt rolled up and this was my first attempt to pleating some ribbons. I needed something poofier than some paper leaves since the rose was so poofy so it's supposed to be a leaf-like look. Added some pearls because I just love pearls. And finally, the thanks so much stamp was my free gift from Verve when I did my first order and it's my favorite thank you stamp.

So beautiful! Love the textures and I think your "leaves" are perfect! Lovely layering and gorgeous felt flower!

Oh, WOW! This card is absolutely dreamy! The punched border is fantastic...a wonderful perimeter design. The felt flower is just glorious in all it's "poofy" wonder and those leaves! How absolutely clever! You're right, the leaves did need to have some dimension and you've dimensionalized them magnificently! Fabulous take on our challenge, I'm so glad you've played along!
