HYCCT1106 TCP Looking through the clouds

Card made for HYCCT1106 - Looking in on You. Rather than a traditional window card, I framed my view through the clouds. The The Cats Pajamas bear with balloons (covered with stickles!) is mounted behind the card front, window cut with Nesties deckled oval. Cloud stamps and dies from PTI, and die-cut clouds were run through the swiss dot embossing folder.
