The Twisted Sisters Challenge this week is to make a Thanksgiving card and include swirls. When I was searching for inspiration, I found this beauty, Delicate is the Diamond, by Vicki, our Queen for the Day this week. Vicki, since Friday PM I have looked at every page of your gallery, and I was so impressed to see so many different styles, and also how you encourage others by regularly participating in the challenges to honor others. Bless your heart! Hope your week as Queen is filled with good things! Hugs....
The sentiment I used is stamped in Choc Chip over a weave-patterned DP and comes from ODBD's Mini Tags 2 Set. It is framed using Spellbinder's Fancy Tags 3. I over-stamped the small leaves from my Kitty Kit from Rubbernecker. The background is a texture plate from Sizzix, and was distressed using Creamy Caramel. The leaves are also from Sizzix.
I loved doing this TSC, because it made me focus on what I am thankful for, and see the blessings God has given.
Thanks for looking!

Oh Pat, what a beautiful interpretation of your Thanksgiving card - when we look around and see what others are going through, it makes us so very thankful for the blessings we do have from the Father!
The way you embossed your DP gives it another "look", and the brads on your fancy tag, and the embossed leaves lend a peaceful space on which your "Blessings" rest! Love that satin bow too ! What a wonderful way to focus on your gratitude to God with this beautiful card!
LYMI! Hugs

You know I am a fan of your greenery. I think it rocks. Well this weekend I tried some of my very own. It doesn't look as great as yours, but I am a work in progress and you are not. You have arrived! tfs
Pat this is just beautiful. I love the bg paper embossed and the lovely autumnal colors. Your image panel is beautiful. I love those leaves on it and I like how you layered it on top of the tags die. Then I love that bow. I love ribbon!

Pat this is SO PRETTY. Great job on the case. I love the BG with the text and embossing. They go perfectly together. And the punched stuff with the cocoa pearls is just awesome. I think today my favorite color is brown.
