Bridget's HYCCT challenge for today is "Things are looking up" so we were to make something we see when we look up. At night we might see stars. Or if you're sleeping, you might see a dream. Or you might wish upon a star to make your dreams come true.
This is also for Jeanne's F4A85 challenge this week to make our own background. I hope it qualifies as I did sand the embossed paper to make the bg.

What a sweet card! I just love where your inspiration took you, with stars and the perfect sentiment. The sanding of the stars was a great idea as well!

You created a beautiful bg, with the dusky blue sanded stars, Val! I love the look of sanded embossing and don't try it often enough. I really like the sentiment too, it's beautiful in meaning and very pretty in pink! Thanks so much for playing along with the "lookin' up" challenge!
