This is a birthday card for my brother, Patrick. Since he didn't have any specific requests, I was a little stumped on what to make. Then I saw today's Inspiration Challenge. I fell in love with the colors of this Sanctuary artwork from the GelaSkins site. This piece led me to some Memory Box 'Poppyfinch' paper, which then led me to the 'Anchor' set by Our Daily Bread designs.....the rest is history!
Card 'Ingredients':
Stamps: Our Daily Bread designs 'Anchor';
Cardstock: SU Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, and Whisper White;
Designer Paper: Memory Box 'Poppyfinch';
Ink: SU Soft Suede and Marina Mist (stamped off once for a lighter shade);
Accessories: Paper Piercer, Spellbinders Classic Square Nestabilities and Labels 22, antique brass brads, May Arts Poly Twill, ruler to draw "frame" lines;
Size: 5-1/2 x 5-1/2.
Thanks so much for looking! Have a blessed day!

Ang, this is wonderfully beautiful, and masculine! Love your paper piercing and the sponging too. What a layout- your work is a blessing! Hugs...
