 | | For today's Inspiration Challenge - GelaSkins Gallery...such amazing artwork! I chose this image, Past Present and Future by Mars-1 ,because of the lovely colors and movement to inspire a thank you card for someone who's always there for me...my mom.
I love all things autumn and had to have this Penny Black stamp when I saw this card, Feels Like Fall by imastamper. I masked off the wheat stalk on my card to keep with the circles in the inspiration artwork. This is an easy and fun image to color, but the coloring on my photo is too harsh. It's much more subtle and pretty IRL...isn't that always the way?
The sentiment is done by what I would describe as "old school Markie's Mom style"...she's been an inspiration to me from the moment I discovered SCS.
So, all in all, I've been very inspired today! TFL |
