This is for the Hope You Can Cling To challenge where Bev asked us to create a window card. I wI had wanted to combine the window card with the ways to use it challenge and have a cup of coffee on the ledge like you're sitting inside looking out on a crisp fall morning. However, the cup images I had were too "cute" for my fall scene so I ended up just adding some piercing and score lines at the bottom. I used a square punch to make my window panes. The tree was inked in More Mustard then thumped with Tangerine and Suede. I made the leaf pile the same way by doing some masking with a torn sheet of paper. I really love the fall colors in this week's color combination.

What a wonderful Fall scene beyond your window! This will surely bring a welcome smile to its recipient! Thanks a bunch for joining in my "looking in on you" challenge!

Very nice card! Your scored lines and piercing add some nice texture to the card. I like it. A few days ago 3/4 of the leaves on the trees in front were green. As of today, they are all beautiful autmn colors, and the lawn is a sea of leaves. I noticed that passersby are swaying from the sidewalk onto the lawn, I imagine to shuffle through the larger piles to hear the "crunch" of fall.
