 | | This little card is for the HOPE challenge (for the HYCCT card drive) to create something inspirational without embellishments, just ink & paper. Also, this incorporated the color and sketch challenge. The crown is stamped on gold paper, cut out and lifted on dimensionals. Since we couldn't use embellishments I brought out my Stardust pen to put a little sparkle in his eyes and on the crown, but it doesn't show in the photo. I was thinking how cute he would be with a pink mane!! Maybe another version will be forthcoming.....
I love The Wizard of Oz and just got this wonderful set. Maybe the cowardly lion could inspire someone to be courageous in the face of cancer. You can read the word COURAGE on his crown as my only sentiment.
