If you are of the age to recall , then you may be old enough to retire too! This card is for my friend Chris, who celebrates her first day of freedom from the office tomorrow! Yeah! (And yes, I am old enough too, only seven more months! Agh....)
This is also for the Twisted Sister Challenge to use white, blue and gold on your card. The main image was a gift from a dear friend, and was watercolored and paper pieced. I used a sheet of photo paper to give the tub a shine. It is popped up over an embossed background from DCWV, and surrounded with paper roses and leaves. The champagne glass is coated with Crystal Effects and the bubbles have a sprinkling of glitter.
Hope you have time to play with the Twisted Ones. If you do, please add TSC0930 to your key words so we can take a peek at your creations too! Thanks for looking!

Man Oh Man, Pat, is this ever cool (or maybe it is warm like that bath is most likely). This is the greatest retirement card. It sums up a bunch of my dream of retirement anyway: naps and long soaks in a bubble bath with a glass of wine (in addition to hanging out with my buddies making cards, and spending time with the family - especially the grandkids). Beautiful card with lots of love shining through. Level bazillion - ya know? LYMI!

Geesh, Pat, just when I think I have seen it all, you come up with another terrifically inspired card!
This is perfect for your retiring friend, Chris - she will love it!! That tub, in all its 'enameled' glory with the ton of roses surrounding her bath, and a glass of wine in her hand is the best way to say "Happy Retirement-You've EARNED this!!" Another masterpiece!! LYMI!

My oh my, this is one spectacular card! Wonderful for the intent, your paper piecing of this image (including that inspired glossy paper for the tub) and the added touches leave me shaking my head in wonder. Love the floral spray and how you used it with the image. Wonderful layout, texture, and pretty much everything else that I didn't yet mention. Wow, wow, wow.
