Dingo Doodle saw how anxious and distraught his beautiful Kit was over the impending reunion. He knew that no pooch anywhere had anything on his sweetheart...but how to convince her? The photos and the scrapbook weren't enough for his Poodle Princess. "That's it!" he howled... "a boudoir fit for a princess." He arranged for Canine Closets to do an overhaul of her space and fill it with all sorts of regal wear (some faux, some no). He took her out for a romantic picnic and romp in the park whilst the contractors remade her armoire. When they arrived home, she noticed the new pink doorknobs, opened the space and began to whimper. Her dashing Dingo's demonstration of how she looked to him made her forget all about trying to impress her classmates. The reality of feeling and being truly loved was so overwhelming that she licked him all over his face and scrapped the book idea entirely. By the way, she gave birth to a healthy litter of four exactly 63 days later ;).
If this hasn't scared you off, take a romp over to the tea party: MMTPT165 ~ SCRAPBOOKIN' WITH WHATSERDOODLE POODLE KIT N. KABOODLE-DOODLE! by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers for a really fun challenge this week!
Wow, my mojo took a nap this morning, then I saw the Flourishes set and it took me here. Scored the Pirouette gatefold card with shelves, stamped the crowns in Versamark and gold embossed. Cut the collars out with two oval Nesties, glued on the gems and added MS Florentine gold glitter. Using Nesties Label 20, cut the mirror piece and frame (from recollections glitter paper), covered the middle with foil. Stamped the teapot in more pirouette and the biscuits on cream in Desert Sand. Cut the recollections glitter paper panels to fit, mounted the jump rings and tied on the ribbons. Mounted all with double sided tape (pop dots for the tea shelf and collars). Applied the wood veneer panels, recollections glitter dots and Rubbernecker sentiment to the outside and done. PT - 6
Thank you so much for looking. Have a peaceful day.

OK Marie, you should be writing Harlequin romances not making cards. Have you seen the money they make for writing those grown up comic books. This boudoir reminds me of my Barbie doll pink wardrobe and matching 4 poster bed I used to play with.

Fabulous story, and a fabulous card to go with it. Do Canine Closets remodel human wardrobes? There's a job here if they do ;-). Way to go, Dingo, for showing Kit that she's the Queen of his heart.

MM, what do I say? I see you got that mojo flowing and came up with an armoire fit for a Queen. Great story to go along, too. Oh, you tea potters have the best time.
