I'm in shock that I'm uploading 2 days in a row after my one month slump. I think I'm getting back into the swing of things. Must be b/c son back in school.
I decided to tackle a holiday card as I barely have any made and it comes so quickly.
I used the SU Bells & Boughs stamp set for the image and sentiment. I tackled using the retired SU DSP called Holiday Treasures - not one of my favorites, but I thought the poinsettias on the DSP would be good as a backdrop panel for the image.
I embossed the vanilla panel b/hind the image panel, popped up the image panel and vanilla panel on dimensionals. Added a triple bow in the corner and place a sparkly silver brad on tp. I used a diecut for the sentiment, ran chocolate chip ribbon through it and added 2 small silver brads. I lightly sponged the sentiment panel.
The poinsettias are colored with copics with dazzling diamonds sprinkled on them, but the branches were colored with SU markers.
This is a 6x6 card - not my usual size, but I needed lots of room.
EDIT: Added some bling I received from StampMuse - M.

I love how you did that sentiment and I really like the size too. It is good to go out a little on the limb and do different things and use papers that aren't your favorite - stretches you and uses up stuff that would otherwise hang out in your craft room forever unless you send some of it to a friend in her birthday RAK....I promise some was my fav and some wasn't - you can decide!!!! Glad your Mojo is back hugz to you!!!

Pamzelina!!! What a lovely card!!! You've nailed the Christmas aspect of it for sure! Copics eh? So you've jumped on that bandwagon have ye? I'm so bad at colouring I couldn't justify owning them, plus I'm a "collector and completer" meaning that if I were to start buying them I'd have to keep on buying until I owned them all. Sort of like I am with punchez, ya know what I mean? Good to see you in zee gallery my friend. I shall try and build something with paper this weekend too - maybe a belated birthday card for a flaky friend. Hugz Pamzi. RYPH!
