This card is for my friend Debbie Bell who's nickname is Ding. The name came about when she worked with a group of ladies which included 4 Debbie's. So because of her last name she became known as Ding...she even introduces herself as Ding! She loves the color blue so this challenge is perfect for her card. I paper pieced her hat & shirt as well as the tablecloth.
