Twinchie swap - PAT style. I'm very happy with this group.
Top left: Fairies - black embossed on DP and then on vellum. Fussy cut and adhered. Wings and skirt are popped up a bit. Rhinestones and smeared stickles to give shimmer.
Top right: US Navy - This one is for Jamie and she is a friend. Her son Malcom joined the Navy so this card is very personalized with a photo I snagged off Facebook. The red is embossed with the pin dot EF and there are a lot of pop dots that don't show too well in the photo.
Bottom left: Mary Queen of Scots - The only things I knew about here before this were that she was Catholic and that she was assasinated by her cousin Elizabeth I for fear of a Catholic uprising. The BG paper is a great piece of DP I had that was wrong scale so I scanned it and reduced it. Hard to tell but it's a bunch or gorgeous crosses. Her necklace is pearls and the flower is a handmade marigold, her personal symbol. I stuggled to pull this one together but was really happy with the result
Bottom right: Christmas moose - Hand drawn and cut moose with popped up antler tops and chin. Fussy cut lights from an old school piece of DP, enhanced with stickles. Eyes and nose are rhinestones. Was going for a country-homespun look.

These are really well done. The fairy is just magical. Great idea to use vellum. Jamie's son is a handsome guy...what a keepsake for her. Mary is very elegant. I love how all tje items tie in with her history. The Christmas moose is so cute. I can't believe you fussy cut those lights...patience plus. Great job.
