As soon as I saw the typewriter in this new stamp set, I thought of my son who is the editor of his college literary magazine. I had pictured a CAS card featuring this vintage beauty that he could use as editor. I saw the Miss Boo's sketch in the CAS challenge this morning and decided to put it to use for Connor's cards.
I cut my card base from Crumb Cake and added some score lines on the right for interest and sponged the edges with Early Espresso. I used a piece of the Time Worn dp that I edged with a couple of small strips of color. The typewriter is stamped on a piece dp with small print and is crumpled and sponged. I added a torn-look top edge with the postage punch.

Super card! I just made and posted my second CAS card for today and then browsed the gallery. And ... guess what ? I used a SU typewriter on my card as well. Our designs are totally different but what a coincidence! Anyway ... I love the colors, dp and awesome score lines that I never think of adding. I'll have to check out that neat postage stamp border punch. I'm sure Connor will like this card.
