I too am working on samples to give to a Remax person - It's hard to see, but there is background from Fresh Fillers stamped on the blue and red. The splatter design on the house pic if from Itty Bitty. The actual agent's pic is on he left-hand side and a listing of hers is on the right-hand side (from the company's newspaper ad). I'm lookinig for something to make it pop - suggestions?

Really cute idea..I like it. I would mat the center white "sold" piece with red and blue to make it stand out more...maybe even add brads or eyelets in the corners. Hope you get more replies...Janet

Great card. The only idea I have is to maybe put a little washed out color on the stamped houses. Since the pic and ad are both black and white. And maybe a brad or two.

I realize you are probably trying to make these inexpensive and also pretty easy to reproduce so I think adding a little watecolor her and there but maybe not to every inch of the image. Ribbon can go a long way to make a card look more "finished" and is also not pricey. Another basically free way to add dimension and interest is to age it or do a little direct too paper with the ink pad.
This sounds like it could be a regular customer for you. If that's what you are trying for I sure hope you get it!! How fun!

ugh! my posts wont go thru...let me try again! First, I think it is very clever! I would suggest a snippet of red, white and blue ribbon either with the tag or in another corner...you could attach it with a red or blue staple! I found some thin r/w/b ribbon at my walmart...
