Happy Friday everyone. Here is my card for Alison's challenge - Oh my Leather - to make a project that incorporates faux leather. This is what I came up with. I ran a piece of Kraft cardstock through the Cuttlebug using the Paisely folder. Rubbed Close to Cocoa ink over the raised parts. Stamped over entire panel with Versamark ink pad and then clear embossed twice. Sponged the edges. Stamped on "Howdy". Matted image with black cardstock. Sewed around the edges and just below the bottom edge of the embossing. Added the leather strip above the sentiment, and the star embellishments. Popped up panel on Kraft base card.
Thanks for looking,
Hugs...Pat

I was just getting ready to call it a night. I've typed my little fingers to the bone commenting but then I took one last look at Recent Uploads on the Gallery Home Page and this caught my eye. Couldn't go to bed without giving you a Standing O! Way to play, girl!
