This is a simple design that I hand painted with retired assorted Radiant Pearls paints. I'm sure the effect could also be achieved by using Lumiere paints, slightly thinned. Or perhaps the effect could be achieved by mixing Stampin' Up! Shimmer Paint with the desired ink refills.
Flower is cut out and layered for 3-D effect to match the butterflies. |
